The Aginet app shows “live usage” on the home screen, just below the “Everything looks good” text in the screenshot on this page.

The speeds shown here are actually just showing what your network is currently using: if your speed plan was your car’s top speed, the “live usage” shown on the home screen would be your car’s current speed.
