Phone Service Instructions & Help

We offer phone services that can utilize your existing landline phone by allowing it to function as a Voice-over-IP (VoIP) device, or we can deploy managed VoIP phones that offer many customization options.

We can port in any existing number & offer unlimited calling to the continental United States. Use your existing answering machine, or let us know if you would like to enable our voicemail services!

Basic Instructions

    1. Let us know you’d like our voicemail service enabled

    2. Once we have enabled it, dial 5001 to access the voicemail menu.

    3. Follow the voice prompts and enter the temporary PIN that we give you, this will allow you to create a new PIN. (Can be between 4 and 15 digits, security features don’t allow repetetive or easy-to-guess passwords like “1111”)

    4. Record a name to identify your mailbox & choose a greeting to use

*Note: When you have a pending voicemail, the dial tone will “stutter” any time you first pick up the receiver

  • To forward: Pick up the phone and dial *72, then dial the 10-digit number you wish to forward calls to (i.e. “719 896 2120”)

To disable forwarding: Pick up the phone and dial *73. This will disable the forwarding.

    1. Call your phone number from a different phone

    2. When the voicemail greeting begins, press the star key

    3. Dial your PIN when prompted

  • To enable “Do Not Disturb”, pick up your phone and dial *78

To disable “Do Not Disturb”, pick up your phone and dial *79

What is Voice-Over-IP (VoIP)?

Your phone service will use & be dependent on an active internet connection.

If your internet goes out, so does your phone service. We recommend investing in a battery backup for your internet & phone equipment to increase the chances of your phone service remaining active during power outages that otherwise don’t affect our service reaching your home.
