The Force Broadband power-over-ethernet adapter (“PoE”) provides power to our integrated modem. The modem (once powered) provides internet service back to the PoE, which is passed to your router via the “LAN” port.

It is important to note that the status light should be solid white and the LAN port should not be connected to anything other than your router (including things like switches).
