Try our default device password, or make your own
After you click “Manage this Network”, you will be asked to either input an existing password or create a new one.
Existing Password: If you see one input-field with the text “Enter the login password to manage your device”, it is asking for an existing password. Reach out to the office if you do not have this password, or factory reset the device by holding the recessed “reset” button and setting the device up as new. Note: this will typically require you to connect to the device’s default Wi-Fi network (go back to step 5).
Create a Password: If you see two input-fields, it is asking you to create a device password (and confirm it). Follow the prompts to set this password.
Note: the device password is used to help ensure that only authorized people are managing this network. It is not used often, but it is worth retaining.
